Phione Steeping

I can't help but picture a Phione, miniaturized, just all cozy in a teacup of warm water......I think the teacup turned into more of a tub though, I didn't have space to put the handle... Oh well! I think it's still cute! Most of my talents seem to be going into my advent calendar.... I dunno, think it looks like an alien more than a pokemon......??? 

NOTE: DO NOT STEAL MY LINEART, ART OR BASES. Any Closed Species creations I do with permission from the original creators! All poses, bases and forms are my own design, I do NOT EVER copy or steal someone else's images, whether they are free or not.  It's rude and disrespectful to the creator of the image, even if they 'don't care' and I would hate to have my art stolen like that as well, Karma and all that.
